Discover White Tiger Qigong, an Advanced form of Medical Qigong that combines both static and dynamic exercises to bring about balance in your body. Qigong is a method of moving energy through the meridians and organs of the body, deeply into the fascia and tissues. Qigong builds strength, flexibility and stamina while keeping your energy pathways in flow.
“Qi” pronounced “Chee,” is frequently translated as “life energy” or “life force.” Qi is the central underlying principle in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Martial Arts. The translation of “Gong” is action or movement. Combined; Qi is energy and Gong is action. It is literally the movement of our life force energy. On a more philosophical level, Qigong is connected to the Tao, which is Universal energy that comes from infinity and lives in infinity. It is the harmonizing of oneself between heaven and earth.
Medical Qigong was used as a therapy in ancient China over 5000 years ago. It is a modality of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and is practiced in conjunction with acupuncture, herbal treatment or strictly by itself.

Titsa Gennadopoulou believes in cultivating flexibility and strength through mindfulness practice. Her experience comes from being involved in a lifetime of fitness. First in gymnastics through to dance, yoga and running. She feels that putting the body through various sport challenges is good for building new muscle memory. Titsa holds a CYQ fitness qualification to teach health related fitness to children and has also taught Physical Education in International schools. When she began training in White Tiger Qigong, she felt dramatic improvements across all forms of fitness, especially during strength training in dance. As a Master Reiki Practitioner for over 18 years, it seemed a natural progression to train and share White Tiger Qigong. Titsa has taught in Dubai and London and is also currently teaching sessions online. She has studied with various teachers in Thailand and recently with Dr. Joe Dispenza in Dubai.
Titsa embodies Qigong as a longevity practice, with honor, love, and integrity. She empowers her students to reach their highest potential.
